Managed by the Antoniolli family for four generations, it offers the best Trentino tradition on its menu, accompanied by an equally qualified selection of wines. Among its dishes, those indicated as "Ecoristorazione" should be noted, a brand that guarantees both the use of local and organic products and a particular attention to the ecological aspects of production: among them, salted meat carpaccio with Trentingrana, Felicetti organic single-grain spaghetti with Oro trout bottarga, Frigolota cake with organic extravecchia grappa.
