The building was completed in a year, and inaugurated with a concert on 30 May 1905.

In addition to the basement there were 8 rooms on the ground floor and a small apartment for the concierge, on the first floor the concert hall and two rooms for rehearsals, on the second three rooms and the loggias towards the top of the hall. Except for a few changes to the mezzanine floor, the building still looks as it was built in 1905.

The cost of the work, for some unforeseen expenses, rose to 127,516 kroner. The detailed list divides the total cost into individual items: 41,873 crowns to the construction company of Luca Lorenzi and Giuseppe Scotoni, 21,246 crowns to Giorgio Paor for providing the reinforced concrete beam, 11,316 crowns to the carpenter Ferdinando Wolf, 6,547 crowns to the company of Giovanni Fozzer for the marbles and stonemasons, 4,061 crowns to Antonio Fasana for the plaster decorations.
