A year with Trentino cuisine - Palazzo Roccabruna

The events of "A year with Trentino cuisine" encourage participants to expand and experiment with their knowledge of the historical-cultural content and processing techniques of typical local products, reflecting on the possibility of making sustainable and responsible purchases with a view to enhancing local productions. 

The One Year with Trentino cuisine events encourage participants to expand and experiment with their knowledge of the historical-cultural content and processing techniques of typical local products, reflecting on the possibility of making sustainable and responsible purchases with a view to enhancing local productions. 

Each meeting includes the creation of a 4-course menu, from appetizer to dessert, which will be tasted in combination with the representative wines of Trentino.

Who is the course for?

Operators and food and wine enthusiasts who wish to deepen their knowledge of the Trentino culinary tradition and who intend to try their hand at creating the recipes of the dishes, using the seasonal products typical of the area.

Why take the course?

  • to get to know and learn how to make the most of Trentino's seasonal products
  • to find new ideas and stimuli by creating original proposals to be included in the Menu of parties, anniversaries or new seasons
  • actively experiment with the creation of dishes within an educational kitchen together with a professional Chef
