The mountain running event La Diretissima® Trento - M.Bondone is back. Now in its 6th edition, on 31 August and 1 September from the majestic Piazza Duomo in Trento, the races that connect the city with the Alp in Trento will start.

A 6th edition that offers the challenge not only to professional athletes, but also to amateurs and fans of mountain running. It will all start with La Diretissima®  K-Kids, which will leave and arrive at Trento's Piazza del Duomo on Saturday, August 31.

The following day, on the other hand, it will be dedicated to adult races starting from La Diretissima® K2, a real challenge with the mountain, 2053 m of vertical difference spread over 12.7 km in length until reaching the Cima Palon del M.Bondone. "Tough track, but everything to run" says the "King of La Diretissima®" Davide Magnini, the blue ski mountaineering athlete who holds the record with h 1:26:36; in the women's field the unbeaten record remains at the French team Salomon Stéphanie Jiménez with h 1:50:13.  Subsequently, La Diretissima® K1000, dominated in the women's field by Ilaria Veronese and in the men's field by Alberto Vender, and La Diretissima® KWomen, the latter dedicated exclusively to the female public, which has a development of 9.6 km and 1,456 meters of vertical difference, between the city of Trento and Vason.

Together with the big names, all those who want to experience an event next to the champions will wear their bibs, and want to experience the course by measuring their abilities, but above all by also experiencing the historical path in the midst of nature that leads to the top of Monte Bondone where the last competitor who can arrive with his own pace and enjoy his performance is always expected and applauded.

A way to try your hand at the most popular sport in the world, passing through the historic path that before the Great War connected Monte Bondone with the city, in short four types of race suitable for all palates and abilities. 

The party will continue in Piazza R.Cetto in Vason, where there will be pasta parties, music and awards ceremonies.
