The Sentiero di Monte Piano is an excursion suitable for the whole family that leads the visitor through the woods of Fornace ad Civezzano village, passing numerous testimonies of the intense and famous mining activity (cadines, limestone, canope) that affected the area during the Middle Ages. In the Monte Piano area, we walk through a section in the forest enlivened by the presence of gnomes sculpted by a local sculptor.

The trail starts at loc. Pian del Gacc and follows a loop of about 5 km through woods and meadows. The itinerary is marked with appropriate signposts.
