The Azienda per il Turismo Trento, Monte Bondone Soc. cons. a r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the APT) with head office in Trento (TN), Via Torre Verde, 7 P.IVA 01850080225, PEC office@pec.trento.info, telephone 0461 216000 - fax 0461 216016, acts as organiser, seller and mediator (tourist agency) to offer tourists and travellers accommodation, tourist packages and other tourist services. 
To this end www.trento.info hosts a technological platform conceived and developed by "Feratel media technologies AG -6020 Innsbruck, Maria-Theresien-Straße 8" and managed by the Tourist Board itself, which enables the Tourist Board or Third Party Providers to connect with buyers, for the purpose of buying and selling tourism-related services online ("MarketPlace"). Within the MarketPlace, Third Party Providers can also offer and offer their services for sale and conclude the relevant purchase contracts with users.
On the site, therefore, users can purchase both services sold by the APT and services sold by Third Party Providers, and it is always clearly indicated by whom the service is sold.  
When the APT acts as a mere supplier and technical manager of the platform, it is not a party to the contract of sale between the user and the Third Party Supplier; this contract is in fact concluded exclusively between the Third Party Supplier and the user under the terms and conditions set out in the terms and conditions of sale directly agreed between them. 
Through the platform, users can also purchase products and/or services offered for sale on the other sites on which APT Trento, Monte Bondone operates as a provider of the promotion and sales service (Sites that can be linked to and Sites 'powered by' APT Trento, Monte Bondone). 
Below are the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applied by the Trento, Monte Bondone Tourist Board to the services specifically indicated on the Site as sold by the Tourist Board itself and to the services offered for sale on the Sites attributable to the Trento, Monte Bondone Tourist Board, in the event that the contract for the purchase of such services is concluded through the platform itself.
The general terms and conditions of sale of each Third Party Supplier are made available in the file of each service, which can be accessed by clicking on the link in the purchase summary at each stage of the purchase process. 

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS VALID FOR THE ONLINE SALE OF
ACCOMMODATION AND TOURIST SERVICES BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

The General Terms and Conditions of Contract included in this section of the website regulate the contracts entered into by the user with the Receptive Operator (Third Party Provider) through the aforementioned platform, for the technical management of bookings of tourist services of an exclusively receptive nature (excluding tourist packages and/or tourist services of another nature), provided by hotel and non-hotel facilities of the Trento, Monte Bondone District, recognised by the Tourism Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento, including private flats, campsites and refuges. 
With regard to bookings of accommodation-only services, packages and additional services offered for sale by Third Party Providers, please refer to the specific general terms and conditions of sale set out during the booking process.
