Important information:

• the time selected is binding, you must arrive at the Museum at least 10 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket;
• the securities that entitle to the reduction or gratuity, must be exhibited on the day of the visit to the personnel prepared for the control (see the rates on the reduction and gratuity page);
• the maximum stay allowed for a visit to the Museum is 3 hours;
• for reasons of safety and organisation, it is not possible to leave and return to the Museum during the visit;
  
• the use of a mask is strongly recommended within the Museum;
• once purchased, the ticket is no longer editable, cancellable or refundable.
