Baselga di Piné
The fulcrum of tourist and recreational activities
Baselga di Piné is the larger of the two municipalities on the plateau, and the first for those who arrive from Trento.
It is situated at an altitude of 967 metres, and includes 10 hamlets. The main town, Baselga, is the administrative, economic, tourist, cultural and religious centre of the district. Because of Serraia Lake, the enchanting natural environment, the biotope of the Laghestel, the famous Sanctuary in Montagnaga, modern hotels and accommodation, a prestigious Congress Centre and an Ice rink of international importance, it has become one of the most well-known places in Trentino, visited by a considerable number of tourists each year.
Highlights of Baselga di Piné
Placid lakes nestled in the woods, breathtaking views of the Brenta chain, but also sanctuaries, biotopes, and excellent sports facilities.
