Agriculture Exhibition

Two days dedicated to the world of farming, agriculture, animal husbandry and gardening.

The Agriculture Exhibition has reached its 78th edition and has now become a key part of the history of Trento, recognised as the most notable event of the spring season.
The event, which is long-awaited by locals, families and farmers, traditionally takes place in March at the Trento Expo.
The pavilions on Via Briamasco welcome over one hundred exhibitors spread across 10,000 square meters, with indoor pavilions and an outdoor forecourt. Alongside the Expo, the traditional Fair of St. Joseph is held in the streets of Trento's historic center.

New edition 2025

The 2025 edition promises to be full of new features:

  • outdoor Food area, covered and equipped with benches and tables, dedicated to Confcommercio associations.
  • mouth-watering lunch options, accompanied by Trentino craft beers curated by Mountain Butchers, Bakers and Brewers of Trentino.
  • special attention to the farmer's market: in the main hall a large space is dedicated to the direct sale of agricultural products offered by 26 local companies.
  • numerous spaces dedicated to workshops and demonstrations for both adults and children, organized by the Associations of the Territory.

These initiatives are included in the days of Bio-logicA (March 13-16, 2025), an event spread across the region that aims to reflect on what it means to “Feed the city, cultivate the community”, through an authentic experience.

At the Agriculture Exhibition, local realities tell of the excellence and innovation that distinguishes Trentino from the rest, making the region stand out with its authenticity and passion.

Workshops for young and old

Over this March weekend, the halls of Trento Expo will be brought to life with a packed schedule of workshops for little ones: from using their hands to make dumplings, shell corn on the cob or to customize their own little bag of Swiss pine, there will be plenty to keep them busy. And for the grown-ups? In the Slow Food Taste Workshops experts will guide us in the discovery of Trentino traditions: discovering the Ciùiga del Banale, ancient apples, native grape varieties, honeys, chestnuts and many dairy products. In addition, there is the tasting area of the Trentino Wine and Food Trail, with guided tours to discover the roots of local wine production.
