It starts from Montevaccino, a suburb of Trento that can be reached by bus, with path 430 leading to the Casara pass, where the fort of the same name once stood. The path continues steeper and reaches the stoi, where the system of tunnels under the summit begins. Climbing further and passing a very short equipped section, you reach the summit. The return can be made along the route of the ascent or by descending from path 403, then turning onto the road to Fort Casara.
