Thisyear the Agricultural Exhibition has reached its 77th edition and has now entered the history of the city of Trento as a spring event par excellence. It is an event expected by citizens, families, farmers and ranchers that is traditionally held in March at Trento Expo. The pavilions of Via Briamasco welcome visitors and technicians for two days, as every year, waiting for them over a hundred exhibitors spread over 10 thousand square meters, with internal pavilions and the external square. Parallel to the Exhibition, the traditional San Giuseppe Fair is held in the streets of Trento's historic centre.

New for 2024

The 2024 edition of the Agricultural Exhibition promises to be special and full of news in terms of content. Bio-logicA aims to be an annual event dedicated to quality agriculture that involves the Municipality of Trento and the Tourism Company of Trento in collaboration with the Biodistretto Trento Association and a diverse network of actors who animate the Nutrire Trento table, with the aim of promoting a moment of communication, reflection and proposal on the themes of food and the social value of urban agriculture, sustainability, food policies and correct lifestyles. The objective is the enhancement of short supply chains, the role of the farmer as guardian of the territory, biodiversity and landscape, the social role of agriculture, the dialogue between organic, integrated agriculture and other stakeholders. The event, scheduled for 16 and 17 March 2024, includes a rich calendar of events: the Bi.S.Tr.O.Trento market, enclosed in an area of the Trento Expo fair, where the 2024 Agriculture Exhibition will take place, will welcome several local agricultural producers who will have the opportunity to sell their organic productions directly to visitors of the fair; then a round table, a conference, a calendar of thematic workshops for families and a series of eco-trails on farms.
