A bakery, bar, café and restaurant where the passion for good and sustainable things is cultivated

In the Bakery you will find naturally leavened bread and bread from the supply chain: stone-ground flours from farmers and millers with a careful selection of cereals.
In the morning our proposals at the counter are varied: products of internal production, partly baked in the room combined with a good coffee, carefully prepared from a blend of 100% Arabica coffee from Forno Brisa.

On your lunch break, our chefs prepare quick meals with high quality raw materials by selecting local suppliers.

The star of the aperitif is the Roman focaccia and bread with homemade sauces, accompanied by craft beers and a rich wine list.
